#8 Ajinkya Rahane - 26 Fifties
The calm and clinical Ajinkya Rahane occupies the eight spot in the list of most fifties in IPL. In his league career, Rahane garnered 3427 runs at an average of 32.95, comprising 26 fifties and a hundred. Rahane began his league career with the Mumbai Indians in 2008, before making his way to the Rajasthan Royals squad in 2011 and claimed his place as a permanent member of the playing XI.
Though he went to Rising Pune Supergiants in 2016 due to RR's suspension for two years, he made a quick comeback with his old team upon their resumption in 2018.
#7 AB De Villiers - 28 Fifties
Mr 360 AB De Villiers, the former South African international, began his IPL career with the Delhi Daredevils in 2008, but the Royal Challengers Bangalore secured his services during the 2011 auctions and since then has been a prerequisite for the franchisee in every league game.
Due to his varying ability to hit all around the ground, he is always a tough challenge for the bowlers. De Villiers has three centuries and 28 fifties to his name and has smashed 3953 runs in his 141 league-outings at an average of 39.53 and his overall strike rate of 150.93 stands him head-to-head with the universal boss.
