#6 Umesh Yadav (Royal Challengers Bangalore)
Umesh Yadav had an amazing 2018 season for RCB, turning into a deadly force with the new ball and breaking partnerships at will. After his spectacular performance with the ball last year, RCB would have expected him to repeat the same this time as well.
But the story was totally different in IPL 2019. Umesh, who was considered to be the spearhead of the RCB fast bowling attack, picked up just 8 wickets from 11 matches at an unimpressive average of 46.38 and economy rate of 9.81.
His dismal performance was one of the main reasons behind RCB's poor run this season.
#5 Kedar Jadhav (Chennai Super Kings)
Kedar Jadhav has been a part of the IPL for a long time but has never really performed as per his capability. A regular member of India's limited overs side, Jadhav entered IPL 2019 with high expectations, but couldn't live up to them.
He scored just 162 runs from 14 matches at a poor average of 18.00 and a very low strike rate of 95.00. His form was one of the main reasons behind CSK's frequent middle-order failures this season.
