#4 Ben Stokes (Rajasthan Royals)
After his impressive debut season with Rising Pune Supergiant, Ben Stokes has never looked in good touch in the IPL. In the 2019 season he failed again, for the second consecutive year, while playing for Rajasthan Royals.
Stokes a forgettable tournament as he couldn't perform as per his potential neither with the bat nor with the ball.
In IPL 2019, the English all-rounder scored just 123 runs from 9 matches at a mediocre average 20.50 and a strike rate of 124.24 with 46 being his best. While bowling, he took 6 wickets at an average of 31.08 and gave away runs at a very high economy rate of 11.23.
Despite his poor show last year, a lot was expected from Stokes in 2019. But the Englishman once again failed to deliver.
#3 Ishan Kishan (Mumbai Indians)
Ishan Kishan, the attacking left-handed batsman from Jharkhand, did not a have good time in IPL 2019. He couldn't even managed to cross the 30-run mark in any of the matches, with 28 being his highest score this season.
Kishan played seven matches in IPL 2019 and scored just 101 runs at an modest average of 16.83 and a strike rate of 101.00. These numbers do not justice to his caliber; he is a much better player than this.
It will be interesting to see if Mumbai Indians retain Kishan for the next season.
