#2 Kuldeep Yadav (Kolkata Knight Riders)
India's frontline spinner in limited overs cricket, Kuldeep Yadav had a very tough time in IPL 2019 while playing for Kolkata Knight Riders. The Chinaman bowler struggled to pick up wickets in the league, while also going for plenty of runs.
Kuldeep could manage to pick up just four wickets from nine matches at an extremely poor average of 71.50 and an economy rate of 8.67. These are very ordinary numbers for an extremely talented wrist spinner like him.
Owing to his bad form, Kuldeep also got dropped from the playing XI and couldn't find a place again for the rest of the season.
#1 Kane Williamson (Sunrisers Hyderabad)
After winning the Orange Cap last season, Kane Williamson had a lot of expectations from the fans and the franchise this year. But it turned out to be a very disappointing season for him as he didn't have a great tournament with the bat at all.
Williamson couldn't even cross the 200-run mark this season. He missed a few matches because of injury as well. The SRH captain could only manage to score 156 runs from 9 matches this season, and 70 of these came in just one match.
