IPL 2019: One fringe player from each team who can impress if given a chance

Mumbai Indians possess a very strong bench this season and of the players they possess, Adam Milne looks a very good fringe player. The Kiwi pacer finds no place in his national side but is a good IPL pick nevertheless. He has a lot of T20 experience and his burst of energy and his pacey bowling will be a big plus for Mumbai. Though he might not get too many opportunities due to players like Behrendorff, Malinga, and McClenaghan ahead of him. But if he does play, Milne can be a differential pick.

Another differential Indian pick will be Rahul Chahar. Everyone expected the leggie to be Mumbai's primary spinner last season but Markande beat him to it. Rahul didn't play a single game last season and with the addition of players like Jayant Yadav, his playing chances are further reduced. Rahul is a quality spinner and must be provided with chances.
