#5 Sunrisers Hyderabad - Vijay Shankar
Vijay Shankar is quite highly rated by the Indian team management and hence, was also selected ahead of Ambati Raydu for the 2019 World Cup in England. Shankar looked to be in absolute fine touch after the first two games this season when he scored a 40 of just 24 balls against KKR and followed it up with a 35 from 15 balls against the Rajasthan Royals.
Despite these knocks, Shankar is having a terrible season as he has scored only 180 runs from 12 games at an average and strike rate of 20.0 and 123 respectively. In the limited opportunities which Shankar has been given with the ball this season, he has picked up a solitary wicket at a decent economy of 7.7.
With Warner and Bairstow gone now, the responsibility of SRH's middle order will be on Vijay Shankar's shoulders
