If you are an RCB fan reading this article, you would have probably guessed that Deepak Chahar's name would be here somewhere. RCB's inability to pick wickets and contain the scoring rate could be seen by the number of runs they were giving away in the powerplay.

Umesh Yadav was brilliant for them in the powerplay last year but this year, they just haven't been picking up wickets in the first six overs. So, how could you not wish to have one of the best new ball bowlers in the IPL currently?

Deepak Chahar has been getting breakthroughs in the first six almost in every match and that can be seen by his stats. In his 14 matches, Chahar has picked up 16 wickets at an economy rate of 7.5. On that Chinnaswamy track, wickets in the first six are very important and Chahar could have provided them if he would have been wearing the red and black.
