#3 Tim Southee

Despite being considered among the world's best T20 bowlers, Tim Southee has had a quiet IPL career so far. In 40 IPL matches the Kiwi has taken only 28 wickets, at an economy rate over 8.5.
Royal Challengers Bangalore might not persist with this pacer for much longer, especially after his performance in the 12th season.
In IPL 2019 Southee played just three matches, after which he was dropped. He gave away 118 runs in the 9 overs he bowled during these three games. His economy rate was 13.11, the worst he has had in the IPL since his debut.
Though still a name to fear in world cricket, Southee doesn't seem suited to Indian pitches. Hence, this experienced Kiwi bowler might just miss the IPL in 2020.
