3. Jimmy Neesham

New Zealand all-rounder James Neesham is a solid cricketer who has been a handy contributor for the Kiwi side in white-ball cricket. Neesham has played 114 T20 games, scoring 1615 runs at a strike-rate of 138.96 and picked up 108 wickets at an average of under 26. The southpaw has always been a decent performer for his country, though it has always been overshadowed by contemporary all-rounders of his time.
Neesham who has been part of the IPL in the past, having represented Delhi and Kolkata in the previous editions, but failed to make much impact would be eager to set the record straight in the upcoming edition of the Indian T20 league. The Punjab franchise surely did a good job buying a cricketer, with over 1000 T20 runs and more than 100 wickets under his belt, at his base price of INR 50 Lakhs.
