After all the struggles with their combinations in the playing XI, Royal Challengers Bangalore have finally stumbled upon a reliable fast-bowling all-rounder. They bagged Chris Morris for INR 10 crores after being challenged by Kings XI Punjab and Mumbai Indians at the auction.

Morris is a very capable bowler at the death and has been doing the job for South Africa and his former IPL team Delhi Capitals for years. In addition to that, he can muscle the ball out of the park and has all that it takes to be a genuine all-rounder. The South African cricketer has picked 69 wickets from 61 IPL games at an economy of just under 8. In the limited opportunities that he gets with the bat, Morris has scored over 500 runs at an average of 27 striking at 157 with the highest score of unbeaten 82.
