#6 Kings XI Punjab - Karun Nair

Karun Nair's cricketing graph has shot down quite rapidly. Nair hogged the limelight after being only the second Indian player to hit a triple ton in Test cricket. He was a success in the IPL too as a result of some fruitful seasons with Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils. However, after being discarded from the national side, Nair's IPL credentials have also deteriorated. Nair played just a solitary game for Kings XI Punjab in IPL 2019. The Karnataka batsman hasn't done anything special to earn a place in the Kings' middle-order that already has Glenn Maxwell, Nicholas Pooran, Sarfaraz Khan and Mandeep Singh in it.
#5 Royal Challengers Bangalore - Pawan Negi

Pawan Negi has been a big let down in the IPL. Once a hot property in the IPL, Negi is now struggling to find a IPL contract. The Delhi all-rounder has played just 50 games in his eight-year long IPL career. He looked awfully out of form last season where he played seven matches for Royal Challengers Bangalore scoring just nine runs and picking up only three wickets. However, to the surprise of many, Negi was retained by RCB. That doesn't guarantee him a place in the playing XI though as RCB possess a host of all-rounders in Chris Morris, Moeen Ali, Shivam Dube said Washington Sundar.
