#3 Kolkata Knight Riders
Oldest Player - Pravin Tambe (48 years)

The Shahrukh-Khan based franchise roped Pravin Tambe in for his base price of ₹40 lakh, thereby making him the oldest player ever to be sold at the IPL auctions. The leg-spinner has picked up 28 wickets in the 33 matches he has played in his IPL career. The chances of him being in the playing XI are slim but Tambe would try to make the most of any opportunity he gets.
KKR skipper Dinesh Karthik is also one of the oldest players in the squad. The Tiruchendur-born player has been KKR's captain since 2018 and is 34 years old.
Harry Gurney and Eoin Morgan (33); Andre Russell and Sunil Narine (31) are some of the other older players in the team. All the remaining players are below 30 years of age and thus KKR has quite a young squad overall.
Youngest Player - Kamlesh Nagarkoti (20 years 12 days)

Kamlesh Nagarkoti is the youngest player in the KKR squad. Rajasthan-born Kamlesh is an out and out speedster. The right-arm fast bowler was unfortunate to miss out on the entire 2019 season due to a back injury. KKR still retained him for ₹3.2 crore and he will be looking to justify his high price tag in the 2020 edition.
Shubman Gill, aged 20 years 123 days is the second youngest player. Other youngsters in the KKR squad include Tom Banton, Manimaran Siddharth, and Shivam Mavi (all 21) and Prasidh Krishna (23).
