Jaydev Unadkat is the other Indian bowler to have taken the third-highest number of wickets in the last three editions of the IPL. The Rajasthan Royals' pacer has also taken 45 wickets over these three seasons.

Unadkat claimed just 10 wickets in IPL 2019 at a relatively high average of 39.80. He was also extremely expensive, conceding 10.66 runs per over. Unadkat had a best bowling effort of 2/26 last year, which came against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Unadkat did not have a great 2018 edition of the league as well, accounting for just 11 wickets in the 15 matches he played. These scalps came at a cost of 44.18 runs per wicket and he also conceded an average of 9.65 runs per over. His best spell that year was an effort of 3/46 against Delhi Capitals.

IPL 2017 was one of the high points of Unadkat's career as he finished as the second-highest wicket-taker with 24 scalps to his name. The left-arm seamer, who was playing for Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) that year, had an exceptional average of 13.41 along with an equally impressive economy rate of 7.02. He had a best bowling effort of 5/30 against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

In his IPL career, the Saurashtra seam bowler has claimed 77 wickets in 73 matches, having also represented Delhi Capitals, KKR and RCB apart from RR and RPS. These wickets have come at an average of 28.46 and an economy rate of 8.73.

Bhuvneshwar Kumar is the second-highest wicket-taker among Indian bowlers in the last three seasons of the IPL. The Sunrisers Hyderabad swing bowler has accounted for 48 wickets in this period.

Kumar managed to take 13 wickets in IPL 2019 in the fifteen matches he played last year. These wickets came at a slightly below-par average of 35.46 and an acceptable economy rate of 7.81. His best bowling effort in last season's IPL was a spell of 2/24 against RCB.

The right-arm pacer did not have a great IPL 2018 as well, claiming just 9 wickets in the 12 matches he played. These wickets had come at an unimpressive average of 39.33 although he had a decent economy rate of 7.66. Kumar's best effort that season was a spell of 3/26 against KKR.

In IPL 2017, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was at the prime of his form as he finished as the Purple Cap winner that season with 26 scalps to his name. These wickets came at an outstanding average of 14.19 along with an impressive economy rate of 7.05. Kumar's match-winning spell of 5/19 against Kings XI Punjab was his best bowling effort that season.

The Uttar Pradesh medium pacer is the highest wicket-taking Indian seam bowler in the history of the IPL, with 133 wickets in the 117 matches he has played. These wickets have come at 23.71 runs apiece and he has been quite economical as well, having conceded an average of just 7.24 runs per over.

Jasprit Bumrah is the highest wicket-taker among all Indian bowlers in the last three editions of the IPL. The Mumbai Indians' bowling spearhead has snared 56 wickets over this period.

Bumrah dismissed 19 batsmen in IPL 2019 to be the highest wicket-taker for the champions of last year. He took these wickets at an excellent average of 21.52 and an exceptional economy rate of 6.63. His best figures last year was a spell of 3/20 against RCB.

In the 2018 edition of the IPL, Bumrah had scalped 17 wickets. His average of 21.88 and economy rate of 6.88 were almost similar to his efforts in IPL 2019, and he had a spell of 3/15 against Kings XI Punjab as his best bowling effort that year.

Jasprit Bumrah took 20 wickets in the 2017 season of the IPL to finish as the third-highest wicket-taker that year. These wickets came at an impressive average of 22.00 along with a decent economy rate of 7.41. Bumrah's best effort in IPL 2017 was a match-winning spell of 3/7 against KKR that helped Mumbai Indians to qualify for the finals.

In his IPL career, the Gujarat seamer has taken 82 wickets at an average of 26.60 along with an economy rate of 7.55.
