#3 Parthiv Patel (CSK - 2008-10, Mumbai Indians - 2015-17)

Parthiv Patel made his IPL debut playing for the Chennai Super Kings in the year 2008. He was used as the primary opener of the team in the 2008 season, which saw him scoring 302 runs from 13 matches.
However, due to the availability of better openers in the squad, the left-handed wicket-keeper batsman was benched for major parts of the 2009 and 2010 seasons before the CSK team released him.
He later represented Kochi Tuskers Kerala, Deccan Chargers, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore in the next seasons before Mumbai Indians bought him in the 2015 IPL auction. The Gujarati batsman played for Mumbai Indians from 2015 to 2017 and even won the IPL title with them twice but was released from the team ahead of the 2018 auction after which he was bought by the RCB.
