IPL 6: Unmukt Chand reprimanded for breaching dress code rules

Delhi Daredevils‘ dashing young opener Unmukt Chand has been reprimanded by the IPL‘s governing body for violation of dress code during his sides match against Rajasthan Royals at Ferozeshah Kotla stadium, Delhi on Saturday. Delhi Daredevils lost that match by 5 runs.

The under-19 World Cup winning captain is yet to make an impression in this year’s Indian Premier League scoring 0 and 23 in first two matches.

“He violated article 2.1.1 of the Code of Conduct for a breach of paragraph 4.2 of the IPL Clothing Regulations, during his teams Pepsi IPL match against the Rajasthan Royals at the Ferozeshah Kotla Ground, in Delhi,” the IPL said in a release.
