On auction eve he struck 5 sixes of consecutive balls in a Ranji trophy game to secure a sparkling bid.
Prayas Ray Burman is a mystery spinner from Bengal. The 16-year old's claim to fame was his performance in the Vijay Hazare trophy where he captured 11 wickets in 9 matches at an economy of 4.45.
