The 28-year-old Caribbean all-rounder found himself with no bids on the day of the auction. Not many would have really seen this coming, especially after Holder led the Barbados Tridents to victory in the 2019 edition of the Caribbean Premier League.

A cricketer who is more than handy with the ball, Holder has proven he can bowl any time in the game, be it the 1st over or the 20th. Apart from that, he is also a valuable middle-order batsman to have on your side who can rotate the strike and maybe even hit a few boundaries.

While he has not been given enough opportunities in the IPL, the former West Indian skipper definitely has all the makings of a good fast bowling all-rounder. Considering that no other team expressed interest in him during the auction, RCB could have made the most out of the situation and could've added him to their squad with just one bid.
