#3 David Willey
David Willey is considered to be perfect T20 material. He swings the new ball and provides a wicket-taking option, while with the bat, he can bat at any position in the batting order and tonk the ball into the stands.
Keeping in mind all these attributes, the Chennai Super Kings picked Willey as a replacement to the injured Kedar Jadhav in IPL 2018. The Englishman was brought into the playing XI after a couple of matches to bolster the team's bowling attack.
However, Willey did not look at his best as he went for quite a few runs in the three games that he played. The 29-year-old took just two wickets in three games while giving away runs at an economy of 9.50 runs per over.
Despite his below-par performance, Willey was retained by CSK the next year but he pulled out due to family reasons. Willey was released by the Super Kings and might not get any bidders at the auction.
