In the Indian Premier League (IPL), Stephen Fleming is one of the most successful coaches, having helped CSK win 5 IPL trophies as of March 2025. Likewise, there have been other coaches who have stayed with a particular team for the majority of their IPL coaching career, like Mahela Jayawardene, who helped Mumbai Indians win the title in his first season in 2017.
