SRH won the toss and elected to field first. Murali Vijay and Mike Hussey opened the batting for CSK. There were some good contributions from both the openers as Hussey slammed 67 runs from 42 balls while Vijay scored a useful 29 runs from 20 balls.
However, it was Suresh Raina who stole the show. In a mind-blowing knock of 99 runs from 52 balls, Raina pummeled the bowlers to all parts of the ground and looked in sublime form. He remained unbeaten on 99 as CSK posted a mammoth total of 223/3.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
