Gujarat Lions, making their debut in the IPL, purchased Dhawal Kulkarni for the 2016 season. Kulkarni exceeded expectations and handled the pace attack very well as he took 18 wickets at a strike rate of 16.33.
Kulkarni's performance in the Qualifier 1 against RCB is still fresh in the minds of fans. He bowled with an average of 20.22 and had an economy rate of 7.42 in the tournament. He has been playing for Rajasthan Royals in 2019.
#3 Shane Watson - Royal Challengers Bangalore

Shane Watson played did considerably well for RCB both with bat and the ball in IPL 2016. He was the core bowler of the RCB team. He took 20 wickets and took his team to the finals.
The Australian all-rounder bowled with an economy of 8.58 and an average of 24.25. His bowling strike rate was 16.95 and he also grabbed a 4 wicket haul.
