#11 Ishant Sharma
Indian Test pacer, Ishant Sharma bowled an economical spell of 4-0-22-0 in Sunrisers Hyderabad's maiden IPL match. Overall Ishant Sharma had a fairly decent IPL 2013, as he picked up 15 wickets from 16 matches at an economy rate of 7.81.
Ishant Sharma made his debut for India at an age of 18 years in May 2007 in a test match against Bangladesh. But the Test match that made Ishant a hero in the eyes of Indian Cricket fans was the January 2008 Perth Test against Australia, in which he troubled the legendary Ricky Ponting with his quick pace at high-arm action, in such a manner that it prompted former Australian Captain Steve Waugh to call him as the next big thing in Indian cricket.
In IPL, Ishant has so far played for five IPL franchises and was unsold in the recently concluded 2018 IPL Auctions. Currently, Ishant is a regular member of Indian Test team and recently played an important role in helping India win the 3rd Test against South Africa in January 2018 by dismissing dangerous Hashim Amla in 2nd innings.
