Ishan Pranav Kumar Pandey Kishan, popularly known as Ishan Kishan, is a professional cricketer born in Patna, Bihar, India, on July 18, 1998. He is a wicketkeeper-batter who represents the Indian men’s cricket team across the limited-overs internationals and occasionally in the longest format of the game. Kishan plays as a left-handed batter in the top order of the batting line-up and bowls right-arm leg-break occasionally as well.
He plays for the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Kishan has captained the Indian Colts in the ICC Under-19 Cricket World Cup 2016 to a runners-up finish.
