3. Wriddhiman Saha (wk)
The Indian Test wicket-keeper, Wriddhiman Saha, also had a fantastic 2014 with the franchise scoring 362 runs from 17 matches at an average of 32.90 and a strike-rate of 145.38.
However, like Vohra, his form dipped in the last season wherein he could manage only 249 runs in 14 games at an average of 19.15.
The wicketkeeper-batsman, who had a decent Ranji season for Bengal, would look to translate that success into the IPL, and fortify his place in the Indian Test side, especially considering the fact that India are supposed to play 18 Test matches in the upcoming season.
He can be both, a swashbuckling attacking batsman, as well as a patient strike rotator, as was seen in his Test performances, and hence suits the No. 3 position in the line-up.
