Phil Salt provided another explosive start to Kolkata Knight Riders with a 14-ball 48 at the top of the order. Shreyas Iyer then chipped in with a crucial half-century, while cameos from Rinku Singh, Andre Russell and Ramandeep Singh lifted KKR to 222/6 in 20 overs.
