Shakib's NOC pending medical report
Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will be given a No Objection Certificate to play the UAE T20x if he is cleared of any medical issues.
Shakib, who missed the Asia Cup finals in September due to a long-standing finger injury, was ruled out for three months after the damage in his finger spread to his left wrist.
He has, however, applied for a NOC for the UAE league that is slated to be held in December.
''There will be a medical report regarding Shakib. If there is no problem in it, and it seems to be positive, we will give him the NOC,'' BCB cricket operations chairman Akram Khan told reporters, according to Cricbuzz.
''Probably he cannot have an operation in one year time, while at present there is no pain (in his finger) If he is medically fit, he can play,'' he added.
