Kwibuka Women's T20l 2024: Full schedule, squads, match timings, and live-streaming details

Kwibuka Women's T20l 2024 is a T20I tournament organized by the Rwanda Cricket Association. It will be the 10th edition of the tournament. The tournament has been played since 2014 in remembrance of the victims of the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi.

The eight teams that will participate in this edition of the Kwibuka Women's T20l are Uganda, Cameroon, Nigeria, Kenya, Rwanda, Malawi, Botswana, and Zimbabwe A Women.

Each team will face the other seven teams once in the tournament. A total of 28 league-stage matches are scheduled to take place followed by the 7th, 5th, and 3rd Place Play-off matches. The top two teams will play in the final of the tournament.

Integrated Polytechnic Regional Centre and Gahanga International Cricket Stadium in Kigali City will host these 32 matches this season.

Rwanda Women are the defending champions. They defeated Uganda Women in the final by six wickets after chasing down the target of 66 runs in 16.1 overs. Henriette Ishimwe took four wickets for six runs for Rwanda Women and won the Player of the Match award. This was Rwanda Women’s first win against Uganda Women in a T20I game. It was also the first time that Rwanda won the Kwibuka Women's T20I Tournament.
