MCA Men’s T20 Super Series Phase 1 2024: Full schedule, squads, match timings and live-streaming details 

The MCA Men’s T20 Super Series is currently taking place at the Selangor Turf Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The tournament started on Friday, July 26, with the match between the Central Smashers and Northern Strikers. The Strikers won the match by eight wickets after chasing down a target of 162 with 22 balls to spare. The final is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, August 6.

Apart from the Strikers and the Smashers, the other two teams are Southern Hitters and Western Warriors. The Hitters won the 2023 edition of the tournament after beating the Strikers by five wickets in the final at the UKM-YSD Cricket Oval in Bangi. Rizwan Haider was their star performer in the final after he finished with impressive figures of 4-1-13-4. Arslan Shabir Sandhu also accounted for three wickets.

The Hitters topped the points table with 12 points and a net run rate of 0.527. The Warriors finished second. The Strikers and the Smashers won four games apiece but it was the Smashers who finished at the bottom of the table due to their inferior net run rate of -0.568. They will be looking to put in a strong showing this time around.
