Mitchell Johnson responds to Facebook abuse by Indians

Australian Mitchell Johnson received a barrage of abuse from Indian cricket team fans after the pacer said that he will be sledging the defending champions instead of David Warner, who said that he won’t indulge in mindless banter.

The 33-year-old is known not to shy away from on-pitch arguments and was in the heat of ‘battle’ during India’s tour of Australia. And with these comments, the Kings XI Punjab player stoked the fire. The irate Indian fans abused Mitchell Johnson on his Facebook post in a variety of regional languages.

The comments made such an effect that Johnson was forced to respond to them. However, unlike his on-field persona, the left-hander was calm and composed during his retort saying that it is just a game and that he is looking forward to the semi-final against India.
