#4 Virat Kohli, 434 fours

The Indian captain is the second highest run-getter (4948) in IPL history, only 37 runs behind CSK's Suresh Raina (4985). He also holds the record for most runs scored in an IPL season with 973 runs during the 2016 campaign.
With four hundreds and 34 fifties, Kohli has been a real star for Royal Challengers Bangalore. He is one of those very few players who has played for just one franchise in the Indian Premier League.
Despite all his huge success as a batsman, he has failed to lead them to a single IPL title so far. A player with gifted timing and great technical ability, Kohli has scored a lot of runs in fours. The 30-year-old has hit 434 fours in his IPL career. He has also struck 178 sixes.
