Mumbai CA in dire straits

Bangalore - KSCA XI were on the verge of snatching a first innings lead as they restricted Mumbai Cricket Association to 294 for seven, still 266 runs in arrears on the first innings at stumps on the third day of the Shafi Darashah Trophy All-India invitational cricket tournament here Monday.

Holding the Mumbai innings together was Hiken Shah who was unbeaten on 89 while seamer Abhimanyu Mithun took three for 48.

Earlier, KSCA were all out for 564 after adding just eight runs to their overnight score of 556 for nine. Seamer Kshemal Waingankar was the main wicket-taker with a haul of four for 109.
