N Srinivasan unanimously elected as president of TNCA

N.Srinivasan who is all set to take over the head post of the revamped ICC, has been elected as the President of Tamil Nadu Cricket Association (TNCA) for the 14th consecutive term during the 84th annual general body meeting of the board.

All the sitting officers held on to their respective positions at TNCA and all the winners were elected unopposed as in the case of last year. In fact, this is the 10th consecutive year that the TNCA elections were conducted without any opposition.

As expected, no voice was raised against Srinivasan’s reappointment as the head of the TNCA board.

The results of TNCA elections:

Vice Presidents: U Prabhakar Rao, Kalpathi S Aghoram, S Raghavan, P S Raman, R Kanakarajan and V Ramesh.

Secretary: Kasi Viswanathan, Jt Secretary: R I Palani, Assistant Secretary: R S Ramaswamy, Treasurer: V P Narasimhan.

Executive Committee: K Sriram, K S Shankar, G C Dangi, P Anand, C G Anandaram, K Murali, Adam Sait, K Mohan and Keshav Sriraman.
