Comedians Cricket League 2024: Where to watch and live-streaming details in India

The Comedians Cricket League (CCL) 2024 kicks off its second edition, to be held from Saturday, September 28 to Sunday, September 29, 2024. This season will feature a thrilling 15-over-a-side format, with each bowler allowed a maximum of three overs.

Three teams will compete for the title: Chandigarh Challengers, Delhi Destroyers and Mumbai Maestros. Last season, Chandigarh topped the points table and advanced to the final, ultimately losing to the Mumbai Maestros by nine runs.

Notably, Munawar Faruqui, the captain of the winning Mumbai team, will not participate in this upcoming edition. The Comedians Cricket League 2024 will feature some familiar names and new talent among its squads. Abhishek Upmanyu is expected to lead the Chandigarh Challengers, while Aakash Gupta will captain the Delhi Destroyers, and Vipul Goyal will helm the Mumbai Maestros.

The tournament also sees a strong female representation, with comedians like Gurleen Pannu, Shashi Dhiman, Shreya Priyam, and Swati Sachdeva participating among some well-known figures.

A total of four matches will be played in the Comedians Cricket League 2024, with the opening game to be played between Chandigarh Challengers and Mumbai Maestros taking place on September 28 at 4:00 PM IST. The winner of this contest will be up against Delhi Destroyers in the second game at 6:30 PM IST on the same day.

The third game will see Delhi Destroyers take on the loser of the first game on September 29 at 4:00 PM IST. The table-toppers will then clash against the second-placed team in the final at 6:30 PM IST on the same day.

The league is set to feature some of the biggest and most well-known comedians in India. Rahul Dua, Jaspreet Singh, Varun Grover, Anubhav Singh Bassi, Harsh Gujral, Ashish Solanki, Sorabh Pant, Kunal Kamra, and Aaditya Kulshreshth are among some of the top comedians in the tournament.
