Indian batter Karun Nair took to social media on Tuesday, December 10, to share a heartfelt birthday message for his wife, Sanaya Tankariwala. The couple, who had been in a long-term relationship, tied the knot in January 2020 in Udaipur.
They welcomed their first child, a son named Kayaan Nair, in January 2022. Earlier this year, they were blessed with a daughter, Samara.
On Tuesday, to mark Sanaya’s birthday, Nair took to Instagram to share a touching message, writing:
“Happy birthday to my beautiful wife! You mean everything to me, and I hope your day is filled with love, joy, and all your favorite things. Here’s to celebrating you and making amazing memories together. Love you always!”
On the cricketing front, the 33-year-old was recently in action during the ongoing Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (SMAT) 2024. Representing Vidarbha, Karun Nair has scored 229 runs in five innings, including three half-centuries. He will next take the field when Vidarbha face Mumbai in the quarterfinal on Wednesday, December 11.

Karun Nair has represented India in eight games across two formats
Karun Nair debuted for India during the ODI series against Zimbabwe in 2016, where he played two matches and scored 46 runs. Later that year, he made his Test debut against England, but had a couple of tough outings, managing just 17 runs.
