Former Team India head coach Rahul Dravid's younger son Anvay stole the show at the KSCA Annual Awards Ceremony held in Bengaluru. Anvay won awards for his impressive performances in the Under 14 tournament and in the Vijay Merchant Tournament.

The Dravid family seems to have had an eventful year when it comes to cricket. Rahul Dravid became a T20 World Cup winnings coach and joined the Rajasthan Royals for a second gig in the Indian Premier League. His elder son, Samit, earned his maiden Maharaja Trophy T20 contract and also earned a call-up to the India U19 squad for their series against Australia U19. Unfortunately, he was ruled out owing to a knee injury.

Dravid's youngest son, Anvay, has earned plaudits for his terrific showings in age-group cricket this year. In the Vijay Merchant Trophy, Anvay played as a wicketkeeper-batter and scored 357 runs in five matches at an average of 45. He also scored four half-centuries in the tournament.

Alongside Anvay, Prakhar Chaturvedi was also honored at the KSCA Awards ceremony. He played a key role in Karnataka's win in the 2023-24 Cooch Behar Trophy, scoring 795 runs in eight matches. He also scored an unbeaten 404 against Mumbai, beating former Team India cricketer Yuvraj Singh's tournament score of 358.

Vrinda Dinesh and Shreyanka Patil were also honored at the KSCA Awards Ceremony in Bengaluru

Team India all-rounder Shreyanka Patil and UP Warriorz opener Vrinda Dinesh were also felicitated with honors at the KSCA Awards Ceremony. Vrinda was felicitated for being the highest run-getter for Karnataka in the Senior Women's One Day Trophy, while Shreyanka was awarded for her performances for the state side in the last couple of years.

Shreyanka has also been nominated for the ICC Women's Emerging Cricketer of the Year award. Representing India Women, she picked up four wickets in as many games in the 2024 ICC Women's T20 World Cup, with the best figures of 2/15 against Pakistan Women.
