On Saturday, July 13, 2024, the Tuskers XI and Sharks XI locked horns in the first Semi-Final match of the Siechem Pondicherry T20 2024 while Tigers XI and Bulls XI met in the second.
Sharks were bundled out to 56/10 in 12.3 overs. Anish Vishagan (16) and Vikram Kumar (14) were the top scorers while the rest were dismissed in single digits. Shishir HR picked up a four-fer for the Tuskers XI while Rahul Rajeev took two and the remaining lineup claimed one wicket apiece.
In reply, after Nitesh Sharma (2) was caught in the third over, R Pravin (33) and Hari Shankar (21) chased the target in 7.1 overs. Karthik B Nair picked up the solitary wicket of Sharma for the Sharks.
In the following game, the Tigers set an imposing target of 223 for four. K Sai Satwik (48) and captain Siddharth Naidu established a solid 71-run partnership for the first wicket. Captain Naidu (37) and Akash Kargave (57) then added another 51-run stand. Nadeem Khan's blistering 57 off 18 balls also contributed to their impressive total.
In response, Ragavan Ramamoorthy was the top scorer for the Bulls with 39 runs, followed by Palanisamy P with 32 runs. However, the rest of the team failed to support them, leading to an 80-run defeat.
Aditya More was the standout bowler for the Tigers, taking four wickets, while Nithiyananda-R and M Pooviarasan each claimed two wickets.

Anand Bais retained the first spot with 224 runs in four games, averaging 74.67.
Ragavan Ramamoorthy (158) jumped from seventh to second after scoring 29 runs in the previous game against Tigers XI.
K Sai Satwik scored 48 on Saturday and secured the third position with 142 runs in four innings, averaging 35.50.
Bhanu Anand (141), Ayudh Sharma (137), and Ritesh Gudge (135) dropped from second, third, and fourth positions to fourth, fifth, and sixth, respectively.

Rahul Rajeev climbed up from fifth to first spot, taking eight wickets in four games. He picked up two wickets in the previous game.
Rajakavi Rajagopal moved from third to second, having picked up eight wickets in five matches at an economy of 8.87.
Aditya More took a four-wicket haul on Saturday and secured the third spot with seven wickets. Meanwhile, Karan Kannan and Julian Jacob dropped from the top two spots to fourth and fifth, respectively, with seven wickets each.
