TNPL 2024 Most Runs and Most Wickets after Siechem Madurai Panthers vs Trichy Grand Cholas (Updated) ft. Waseem Ahmed and R Rajkumar

Siechem Madurai Panthers faced Trichy Grand Cholas in the seventh match of the Tamil Nadu Premier League 2024 on Tuesday, July 9, at the SCF Cricket Ground in Salem. Madurai Panthers won the toss and elected to bowl.

The Grand Cholas lost their first wicket for just three runs in the very first over. Waseem Ahmed and S Shyam Sundar added 64 runs for the second wicket. Sundar scored 30 runs off 28 deliveries before getting dismissed in the 10th over. Waseem had a partnership of 126 runs for the third wicket along with Sanjay Yadav.

Waseem remained unbeaten on 90 runs off 55 deliveries, while Sanjay scored 60 runs off 33 deliveries. Gurjapneet Singh and R Alexander took one wicket each for the Madurai Panthers.

Hari Nishanth made 39 runs off 20 deliveries for the Madurai Panthers. He was the only batter who managed to cross the 20-run mark for the team. The Madurai Panthers were bundled out for 126 runs in 16.4 overs and lost the match by 67 runs. R Rajkumar and Sanjay took three wickets each for the Grand Cholas.
