Team India's ace off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin is making the most of his time off cricket by spending quality time with his family. The cricket star recently travelled to Paris with his wife Prithi Narayanan and daughters Akhira and Aadhya.

Ashwin and his family enjoyed multiple rides at the theme park. He shared a video on his official Instagram handle on Monday, June 17, giving fans a glimpse of the fun trip. The 37-year-old captioned the post:

"A dream come true💯💯. Our little ones loved it but their parents loved it more 😂😂 We had a great time @disneylandparis , their VIP ‘guide’ service made sure we could finish all the rides and made it a memorable experience.Thank you @thinkstrawberries for the arrangements🤩."

Ravichandran Ashwin is enjoying a well-deserved break following the gruelling 2024 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024). Playing for the Rajasthan Royals (RR), he picked up nine wickets from 15 matches at an economy rate of 8.49.

Ashwin was the Player of the Match in the Eliminator against Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), registering figures of 4-0-19-2. Rajasthan's IPL 2024 campaign ended with a heartbreaking 36-run loss to Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in Qualifier 2.


"My head is aching, my throat is aching" - Ravichandran Ashwin on his experience of taking rides at Disneyland

Speaking about his trip to Disneyland Paris in his latest YouTube video, Ravichandran Ashwin stated that he was struggling after being on a lot of rides.

Mentioning how his throat and head were aching after the multiple rides, here's what he said:

"I am playing with my daughters in the theme park, Disneyland. While playing, they are taking me on rides. I can't do it. My head is aching. My throat is aching."

It is worth mentioning that Ravichandran Ashwin recently launched his autobiography. The book is titled, 'I Have the Streets: A Kutti Cricket Story' and is co-authored by Sidharth Monga. The seasoned campaigner unveiled the autobiography on June 10.
