The Mumbai Indians (MI) contingent celebrated joyfully in the dressing room after their clinical win against the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Sunday, May 21, at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

In a must-win game, Rohit Sharma won the toss and opted to bowl first. SRH's batters finally found some rhythm after a dismal run this season and notched up a massive total of 200/5. Cameron Green then shepherded Mumbai Indians to yet another comfortable 200+ chase with a glorious 100* (47).

The Mumbai Indians franchise took to their official Instagram handle to give fans a glimpse of the dressing room festivities following the match on Sunday evening. In the video, the Mumbai players can be seen cheerfully celebrating with each other. They captioned the post:

"Right up there in my T20 career" - MI star all-rounder Cameron Green rates his ton vs SRH

Speaking in a video on Mumbai Indians' Twitter account, Cameron Green reflected on his match-winning knock and revealed that it was one of the best in his T20 career. He also stated that he has enjoyed his time playing in the batting-friendly conditions on offer at the Wankhede Stadium this season.

"Right up there in my T20 career," Green said. "Obviously, It's incredible to bat at Wankhede, the wicket's always beautiful here, the outfield is rapid, so all you've to do is hit through the line and you are probably going to hit the meat of the bat."
"You don't have to be in Wankhede to feel the love from Mumbai when you go everywhere, our fan base is really big, with all the guys we've in our team - Rohit, SKY, the fan base is really high so wherever we go kind of feels like a home game, so it's pretty incredible playing for Mumbai," he added.

The Mumbai Indians side will now face Lucknow Super Giants in the eliminator match of IPL 2023 on Wednesday in Chennai.
