England legend Andrew Flintoff's son Rocky has started following the footsteps of his father. The 16-year-old smoked three sixes while scoring a half-century for Lancashire against Durham in the Second XI Championship on Thursday (April 18).

The right-hander played similar shots to his father Andrew much to the delight of fans. He scored an unbeaten 50 runs off 78 balls, including three maximums and two boundaries.

Rocky's efforts helped Lancashire declare at 391/7 with a 41-run lead in the first innings. The match, though, ended in a tie due to rain interruption.

Lancashire took to X (formerly Twitter) to share Rocky Flintoff's sixes. They captioned the post:

"Rocky Flintoff with 3 sixes on his way to an unbeaten half-century for the 2nd XI! Our 2nd XI clash with Durham ends in a draw as the rain interrupts once again."

Apart from batting, Rocky is also a right-arm medium pacer.

Andrew Flintoff represented Lancashire in county cricket before making it big for England in international cricket. He would now hope that one of his four kids, Rocky would carry his legacy in domestic and international cricket.
