Chasing a target of 219, West Indies openers Lewis and Shai Hope put on a 136-run partnership off just 55 balls. Hope scored 54 from 24 balls, with seven fours and three sixes, while Lewis fired 68 off 31 balls, smashing four boundaries and seven sixes.

Nicholas Pooran (0) and Shimron Hetmyer (7) were dismissed cheaply, but captain Rovman Powell contributed with a steady 38 off 23 balls, including two fours and three sixes. Sherfane Rutherford remained unbeaten on 29 from 17 balls, with three sixes, leading the West Indies to a five-wicket win with one over to spare.

West Indies won the toss and elected to bowl first. England openers Philip Salt and Will Jacks put on 54 runs from 31 balls for the first wicket. Jacks made 25 off 12 balls, including one four and two sixes.
Salt and captain Jos Buttler added 48 runs off 26 balls for the second wicket. Salt scored 55 off 35 balls, hitting five fours and four sixes.
Buttler contributed 38 off 23 balls, while Liam Livingstone was dismissed for just four off six balls. 21-year-old Jacob Bethell stole the spotlight with a brilliant 62* off 32 balls, blasting four fours and five sixes.
Sam Curran chipped in with a quickfire 24 off 13 balls, as England finished their innings at 218/5 after 20 overs. Gudakesh Motie was the standout bowler for the West Indies, taking two wickets.
