Team India seamer Jasprit Bumrah got the better of Sam Konstas in the second innings of the ongoing Boxing Day Test at the MCG after another riveting battle. The right-arm pacer castled the opener in the seventh over of the innings for just eight runs to hand India the first breakthrough.
India wrapped up their first innings for 369 early on Day 4, handing Australia a sizeable lead in the process. Konstas had begun his maiden innings on a nervy note before alleviating the pressure with a flurry of boundaries off Jasprit Bumrah.
However, in the second innings, the youngster was pinned to the ropes from the word go and had no chance to free his arms. After remarking that he could have got Konstas out several times in the first innings, Bumrah stuck to his word by producing a brilliant delivery to castle the opening batter.
The pacer's 139.7 kmph delivery nipped back after pitching and seared through the bat-pad gap. Bumrah even brought out Konstas' celebration from India's first innings, where he was seen riling up the crowd with a series of hand gestures.

Konstas' early dismissal left Australia at 20-1 in the seventh over. The hosts are having a challenging time out in the middle amid a threatening new-ball spell by Jasprit Bumrah and Akash Deep. Virat Kohli has played a big role in proceedings out in the middle and has ensured a charged-up atmosphere.

The ace Indian pacer was at his absolute best as the Australian top order were constantly under threat. He was close to claiming a second wicket on several occasions, but had to settle with just one before Mohammed Siraj replaced him following the 10th over.
Australia are placed at 23-1, with the lead reading 128 runs in the first session on Day 4.
