Mitchell Santner took an excellent catch for the wicket of Michael Pepper in the match between the London Spirit and the Northern Superchargers, played at Headingley, Leeds.
The Northern Superchargers won the toss and decided to field first. This was an all-important game for the Superchargers, as a win will propel them to 11 points and help them have a shot at a spot in the Eliminator.
Opening the bowling, Reece Topley bowled terrific first 5 deliveries to Pepper and Keaton Jennings. He returned to the bowl from the other end and struck off the 11th delivery of the inning, with Santner taking an absolute blinder, dismissing Pepper for 3 runs off 9 balls.

The London Spirit had a shaky start after being put to bat first. They lost the wicket of Michael Pepper early and Dan Lawrence lost his wicket soon after. Keaton Jennings put on a show with the bat in hand but lost his wicket soon after looking to accelerate and go hard at the bowling.
After the powerplay, spinners took control as Matthew Short and Adil Rashid restricted the batters from scoring boundaries. The latter accounted for three wickets, dismissing Matt Critchley, Shimron Hetmyer and Andre Russell.
Only Keaton Jennings (30 off 12 balls), Ravi Bopara (31 off 29) and Liam Dawson (27 off 19) crossed double digits in the runs column.
Reece Topley picked up two wickets. After 100 deliveries, Northern Superchargers finished on 111/8.
