Team India fast bowler Mohammed Siraj and Australia batter Marnus Labuschagne were involved in a humorous exchange, with the bowler going on to switch the bails at the batter's end. The incident took place on the second day of play in the ongoing Test at The Gabba in Brisbane.
Switching of the bails in recent times has proven to be a good omen for the bowlers, with the ploy first being implemented by Stuart Broad. Over the years, many bowlers have done this in the middle of the contest, with wickets falling shortly after in some cases.
After the second ball of the 33rd over, Siraj went across to the batter's stumps and switched the bails. As he was proceeding to do so, Labuschagne engaged in a conversation with the bowler, to which he paid no heed and went about his business of switching the bails.
Shortly after, Labuschagne switched the bails back to their original position. Take a look at a video of the same below:

Shortly after this episode, Marnus Labuschagne was caught behind in the slips by Virat Kohli. He went after a full, wide delivery bowled by Nitish Kumar Reddy but could only manage an edge to the former Indian skipper, who took a smart catch. Labuschagne scored 12 runs fom 55 balls.
The wicket of Australia's No.3 brought the dangerous Travis Head to the middle, who is currently batting alongside Steven Smith. At the time of writing, Australia are 94/3 after 38 overs. The five-match Test series between India and Australia is currently tied at 1-1.
