The USA team has landed in South Africa for the ICC U-19 World Cup, starting next Friday. With five days to go for their first match against Ireland U-19s, the American team decided to gel up together by performing a dance on a trending Instagram reel.
The 'Harlem Shake' has become quite popular on social media, and the American team decided to dance their hearts out while joining the trend. ICC shared a clip of their dance with the following caption on Instagram:

The reel has received a lot of attention from fans on Instagram, with the video gaining 42,885 likes in just three hours. Around 200 fans have also dropped a comment under the post.
The American side is in Group A of the ICC U-19 World Cup 2024. Defending champions India U-19s are also in this group along with former champions Bangladesh U-19s and rising stars Ireland U-19s.
The first match of the tournament will feature the American team and the Irish team. It will begin at 1:30 p.m. IST on January 19.
Can USA U-19s qualify for the Super 6 round of the U-19 World Cup 2024?
As many as 16 teams are taking part in the upcoming ICC U-19 World Cup 2024. These are:
USA U-19s, India U-19s, Ireland U-19s, Bangladesh U-19s, West Indies U-19s, Scotland U-19s, England U-19s, South Africa U-19s, Australia U-19s, Sri Lanka U-19s, Zimbabwe U-19s, Namibia U-19s, Afghanistan U-19s, Pakistan U-19s, New Zealand U-19s, Nepal U-19s
The 16 teams have been divided into four groups four teams each. At the end of the group stage, the top team from each group and the two best runners-up teams from the four groups will advance to the Super Six.
The Americans are in a tough group, with the other three teams being India, Bangladesh, and Ireland. Getting a spot in the Super Six would be a near miracle for the underdogs.
