Team India's Test and ODI captain Rohit Sharma is known for his wacky sense of humor. The same is on display at most press conferences that he attends. From cracking witty one-liners to tackling tricky questions with light-hearted responses, the Hitman has wowed cricket fans time and again. One might, however, not know that he is also very good at mimicking cricketers on-field mannerisms as well.
In a throwback video, that sometimes pops up in Instagram reels, Rohit can be seen pulling off brilliant imitations of cricketing mannerisms of Indian stars, and in hilarious style. The clip starts with the right-handed batter doing a Sachin Tendulkar and then moving on to copy Rahul Dravid's style of batting.
The 37-year-old then does a funny duplication of Harbhajan Singh's bowling action. Next, he copies Yuvraj Singh's famous swag while imitating the former all-rounder's walk.

The video ends with Rohit running into bowl like former left-arm seamer Zaheer Khan and then celebrating a wicket in the bowling legend's style.
Rohit Sharma will next be seen in action during the ODI series in Sri Lanka
Under Rohit, Team India won the 2024 T20 World Cup held in West Indies and United States. The seasoned opened batter led from the front in the ICC event, finishing as the second-leading run-getter, with 257 runs from eight innings at an average of 36.71 and a strike rate of 156.71.
Following the Men in Blue's triumph in the T20 World Cup, Rohit announced his retirement from T20I cricket. Subsequently, he went on a holiday with family. The seasoned cricketer was expected to be given a break for the ODIs in Sri Lanka. However, he has made himself available for the series, reportedly at the request of new head coach Gautam Gambhir.
The opening batter will be leading the Indian team in the three-match one-day series in Sri Lanka, which will be played from August 2 to August 7 at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. Virat Kohli, who also retired from T20Is after India's World Cup win, has also been named in the ODI squad. Lead pacer Jasprit Bumrah, however, has been rested as part of workload management.
Having clinched the T20 World Cup, India will now target the Champions Trophy, which will be held in Pakistan in February-March next year. The Men in Blue are unlikely to travel to Pakistan for the tournament and there are reports that they might play their matches at a different venue, like the Asia Cup last year.
