#2 Pawan Negi - Royal Challengers Bangalore

Pawan Negi came to limelight after the 2016 auction in which he was bought by the Delhi Daredevils for a hefty sum of 8.5 Crore. He made his International debut against the United Arab Emirates in the 2016 Asia Cup but has never donned the national colours.

In the 2018 auction, Royal Challengers Bangalore used the RTM to retain him at a price of 1 Cr. INR. In this year's IPL, he played just two matches and could manage only three runs and wicket.

With Negi not fitting into RCB's plans this year, it is highly unlikely that he will play a part next year as young players like Washington Sundar have more chances of making it to the XI.
