Bhuvneshwar Kumar has long been an influential bowler for India, especially in the limited overs format. However, for the past few months, Kumar has been in and out of team owing to his injury concerns. Heavy workload seems to be the villain for Bhuvi.

Much like Kedar Jadhav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar also got injured in IPL 2018 which kept him doubtful for the English tour. However, he did take part in the limited overs series despite being injured which aggravated his injury and, as a result, he had to miss the Test series against England which came as a big blow to India.

Thus, Bhuvneshwar Kumar needs to manage his workload ahead of the 2019 World Cup which will be taking place just after IPL 2019. Hence, keeping the World Cup schedule in mind, Kumar should shy away from the coming edition of IPL while keeping himself anew for the 2019 World Cup.
