Apart from starring in the South African T20 Leagues, South African players have been in heavy demand all over the world. From Faf du Plessis to JP Duminy, a few South Africans have tried their hands at the PSL and found a lot of success.

For the upcoming season, three major Proteas stars have been included in the Platinum category for the tournament. AB de Villiers and Imran Tahir along with Colin Ingram will feature in the league’s fourth edition as the Platinum players from South Africa.
