2024 was a successful year for the Indian cricket team, as they went on to secure a title victory in the T20 World Cup. After remaining unbeaten in the league and Super 8 stage, the Men in Blue prevailed over England and South Africa to become the T20 champions for the second time.
India began the year with a 3-0 T20I series whitewash over Afghanistan. After clinching a title victory in T20 WC, they secured a 4-1 victory against Zimbabwe, 3-0 cleansweeps against Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. In November, the Suryakumar Yadav-led side was impressive to eke out a 3-1 away series victory against South Africa.
Along with the batters, there were many bowlers who rose to the occasion in helping India hold their nerve to secure victories in T20Is. On that note, let's take a look at the five best bowlers for the Indian team in the shortest format in 2024.

However, Pandya impressed by returning with 11 wickets and 144 runs in eight innings of the showpiece event. In fact, he claimed figures of 3/20 in the T20 WC final, where he took the wickets of dangerous batters Heinrich Klaasen and David Miller. It eventually helped India to emerge as a champion.
The 31-year-old went on to pick 16 wickets in 17 games at an economy of 8.24 and ranks fifth among the best-performing bowlers.
